These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpoonTech website, software platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). SpoonTech provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform designed to help restaurants, cafés, food trucks, and hospitality businesses manage their operations more efficiently. Our Services may include features such as digital menu management, QR ordering, kitchen workflow management, customer loyalty programs, analytics, and other tools intended to support restaurant operations.
These Terms describe the rights and responsibilities of both SpoonTech and its users. They explain how our Services may be used, the standards of acceptable use, account responsibilities, intellectual property rights, payment and subscription terms, limitations of liability, and other important legal information.

Account Registration
SpoonTech provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform that enables restaurants, cafés, food trucks, and hospitality businesses ("Customers") to manage daily operations through digital tools, including QR ordering, menu management, kitchen workflow, customer loyalty, reporting, analytics, and other related services.
To access our Services, you must create a SpoonTech account ("Account"). During registration, you may be asked to provide information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and other details required to create and manage your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You are responsible for all activities performed through your Account, including actions taken by employees or other users to whom you grant access.
SpoonTech reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information or that violates these Terms.
Account Cancellation & Data Retention
You may request to close your SpoonTech Account at any time.
Upon account termination, access to the Services will be discontinued. We may retain certain information for a limited period where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the security and integrity of our platform. Once this period expires, your personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security and Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for restricting access to your Account.
If you suspect unauthorized access or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify SpoonTech immediately using the contact information provided on our website.
Until we receive such notification, you remain responsible for activities conducted through your Account.

User Content
Certain features of SpoonTech may allow Customers to upload or manage content, including restaurant menus, logos, images, promotional materials, customer information, or other business data.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content to SpoonTech, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate applicable laws or the intellectual property rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The SpoonTech platform, including its software, trademarks, branding, logos, user interface, documentation, designs, and underlying technology, is owned by SpoonTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written authorization from SpoonTech.
Third-Party Services
SpoonTech may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, communication platforms, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, or other software solutions to enhance the functionality of our Services.
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SpoonTech is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services.
Communications
By creating an Account, you agree that SpoonTech may communicate with you regarding your account, subscriptions, security notifications, feature updates, maintenance announcements, invoices, and other service-related matters.
Where permitted by law, we may also send product updates and promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting essential service notifications.
Closing Your Account
You may close your SpoonTech Account by contacting our support team or using any account management features made available through the platform.
Closing your Account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities incurred before the account was closed.

SpoonTech provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive to provide reliable and secure Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Services will always meet every Customer's specific business requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpoonTech disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
